Lamb Glace Concentrate

Garlic, rosemary and black pepper are key ingredients in this strong Major Lamb Glace Concentrate. Acting as stock reducer, it will allow you to prepare rich stews and casseroles, packed full of meaty flavour in no time at all.

And dark sauces will be all the better for its inclusion, both in terms of intensity of taste and smoothness of finish. Particularly when adding red wine or port.

Makes up to 20 litres of stock.

Suitable for Coeliacs

  • Mix directly into a sauce to intensify the flavour. Delivering a rich velvety glazed finish either hot or cold
  • Use as a drizzle or thicken to make a Jus
  • Mix into oils to create an array of dressings - spoon or pour into a drizzle bottle to create the perfect decoration

Lamb stock (27%), yeast extract, water, salt, flavouring, sugar, cornflour, lamb fat, garlic, rosemary, black pepper.

Directions for Use

To make up a stock, use 25g per 1 litre. Spoon directly into sauces and reductions.

Recommended Storage

Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 3 months or by the best before date and keep pot tightly closed and chilled (<5°C) between use.
