Flour (corn & wheat (contains gluten)), salt, skimmed milk, flavouring, yeast extract, dried vegetables (tomato & onion), shellfish (2%) (shrimp & crab), thickener: cellulose gum, sunflower oil, cod, sugar.
Mix 60g into 1 litre of cold water. Whisk over heat, slowly bring to the boil and simmer.
Or use to thicken any sauce by sprinkling in the required amount, whisk over heat, simmer and serve.
