Modified starch, salt, dried vegetables (onion & tomato), light muscavado sugar, chicken fat, yeast extract, dried veal (4%), flavouring, maltodextrin, colour: ammonium caramel, beef extract, thickener: guar gum, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, white wine concentrate, black pepper.
Mix 60g into 1 litre of cold water. Whisk over heat, slowly bring to the boil and simmer.
Or use to thicken any sauce by sprinkling in the required amount, whisk over heat, simmer and serve.
Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened reseal and store in a cool dry place.
