For that genuine flame-roasted flavour every time, simply brush onto meat, fish or vegetables, place in the oven or on the rotisserie and roast away. Even whole chickens will be hot to trot with maximum taste and minimum effort.
What’s more, it can also be added to mayonnaise and oils to create an array of dips, dressings, wraps and sandwich fillings.
Yields upto 50 servings. Based on 10g (1 teaspoon) per 100g of meat. Alternatively yields up to 10 whole chickens when applied by brush onto an average sized 1.5kg chicken.

Water, sugar, yoghurt, spirit vinegar, cornflour, salt, dried onion, smoked salt, garlic, pepper.
Brush or spoon directly on to meat, fish or vegetables as desired.
Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 30 days or by the best before date and keep pot tightly closed and chilled (<5 °C) between use.
