Water, tomato paste, molasses, sugar, sunflower oil, malt vinegar (contains gluten), salt, oak smoke flavouring (2.2%), thickeners: modified starch, cellulose gum, smoke flavouring (1%), emulsifier salt: tri sodium phospate, onion powder, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Simply place your meat, fish or veg into Mari-Bag. Add Major's Mari-Base® using the convenience of our pump dispenser, making portion control simple and cost effective, (dispensing 30ml on a full push). As a guide use 15ml per 100g of meat.
Massage contents until evenly applied, seal and refrigerate until required.
For best results Major's Mari-Base® should be allowed to tenderise and penetrate the food for two hours or longer. Remove and cook.

Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 30 days or by the best before date and keep pot tightly closed and chilled (<5°C) between use.
