Steakhouse Marinade

Conjuring up that old steakhouse flavour, Major Steakhouse Mari-Base contains a fine blend of crushed black pepper and aromatic spices. But don’t just reserve it for steaks, it works equally well with ribs, chicken, pork, lamb and vegetables, even potato wedges.

Yields up to 83 servings. Based on 15ml (1 tablespoon) per 100g of meat.

Water, muscavado sugar, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, salt, natural flavouring, lemon juice concentrate, paprika (1.5%), black pepper (1.5%), modified starch, red pepper (0.9%), emulsifier salt: tri sodium phosphate, onion,chilli (0.5%), thickeners: xanthan gum, cellulose gum, garlic, preservatives: potassium sorbate,sodium benzoate.

Directions for Use

Simply place your meat, fish or veg into Mari-Bag. Add Major's Mari-Base® using the convenience of our pump dispenser, making portion control simple and cost effective, (dispensing 30ml on a full push). As a guide use 15ml per 100g of meat.

Massage contents until evenly applied, seal and refrigerate until required.

For best results Major's Mari-Base® should be allowed to tenderise and penetrate the food for two hours or longer. Remove and cook.

...or alternatively simply brush on! Apply Major's Mari-Base® directly onto your meat, fish or veg.

Recommended Storage:

Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 30 days or by the best before date and keep pot tightly closed and chilled (<5°C) between use.
