It can also be added to mayonnaise, oils or crème fraiche to create an array of dips, sandwich fillings, wraps and dressings.

Major Glace Reductions
For fine dining professionals where presentation is paramount, the Major Glace reductions are easy and flexible to use. Available in 4 new flavours, beef, chicken, vegetable and lamb and guaranteed to deliver a rich, velvety glazed finish every time. Being water based, the glaces can be blended with oils and spices for a finishing warm drizzle to complement signature dishes.

Or the glaces can be added directly to stocks, sauces, meat juices or reductions to pack a punch full of intense flavour.
