method
1. Pre-heat an overn to 175°c.
2. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until smooth. Add the milk, cream, vanilla and Major Cherry Fruit Base. Stir in the sour cream.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix to create a smooth batter.
4. Add the melted butter and gently fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Fill the cupcake case ¾ full and bake for 15-18minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.
6. Mix all of the frosting ingredients together for 5-10minutes. Pipe onto the cupcakes.
