Chocolate and Cherry Rice Pudding with Pears
Using Major Cherry Fruit Base

Milk

Cocoa
35g
Rice
120g
Caster Sugar
45g
Major Cherry Fruit Base
100g
Cream
100ml
Canned Pears in Syrup- Drained
10 Pieces
method
1. Place the milk in a pan and whisk in the cocoa.

2. Add the rice and caster sugar and mix well.

3. Bring to the boil then reduce heat. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally.

4. Once the rice is cooked stir in the Major Cherry Fruit Base and the cream.

5. Leave to cool.

6. Divide between 10 containers and then place a piece of pear on top.

7. Place in refrigerator to chill.
