Chocolate and Mango Cupcakes

method
1. Pre heat the oven to 160°C.

2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time, then the milk until all incorporated.

4. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder together, then fold into the mix.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture into cup cake cases that are already lined in a muffin tin. Fill to 3/4 full.

7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.

8. Beat the softened butter until creamy.

9. Gradually beat in the icing sugar, a spoonful at a time.

10. Beat in Major Mango Fruit Base.

11. Pipe buttercream on top of cup cakes.

12 Sprinkle with popping candy and flavoured sugar.
