Chocolate and Strawberry Marshmallow Cake

Butter
50g
Marshmallows
300g
Major Strawberry Fruit Base

Coco Pops

White Chocolate- Broken into Pieces
75g
Dark Chocolate- Broken into Pieces

method
1. Place the butter and marshmallows in a pan over medium heat.

2. Stir until melted then remove from heat.

3. Stir in Major Strawberry Fuit Base.

4. Put coco pops into a large bowl.

5. Pour marshmallow mixture into bowl and stir to coat well.

6. Tip the mixture into a lined baking tray.

7. Press down to create an even surface.

8. Place the white chocolate and the dark chocolate into separate bowls. Melt the chocolates in the microwave one at a time, using short bursts of power and stirring inbetween.

9. Drizzle the melted chocolates over the cake.

10. Leave to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

11. Cut into individual squares.
