Major Lemon Fruit Base

Lemon Juice

Glucose

method
1. Bring water, sugar and lemon zest to the boil.

2. Boil for 5 minutes.

3. Add glucose, lemon juice and Major Lemon Fruit Base.

4. Leave to go cold.

5. Put in an ice cream machine, churn until frozen.
