Oaty Apple and Raspberry Crumble

Plain Flour

method
1. Peel, core, quarter and slice the apples.

2. Put them into a heavy based pan with 60ml of water and 35g of the sugar. Cook covered over a low heat stirring from time to time until apples are soft. Set aside to cool.

3. Stir in raspberries and Major Raspberry Fruit Base.

4. To make crumble topping, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, stir in the remaining sugar and the oats.

5. Place the fruit in a shallow dish.

6. Spread the crumble over the fruit and press down.

7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
