1. MIx the water with the Major Roast Beef Stock Base
2. Tip the flour and salt into a large bowl, mix well and add the yeast. Pour in the dripping and 240ml of the stock, mix until it comes together.
3. Add the remaining stock and continue mixing until you have a smooth dough approx five mins.
4. Place the dough in an oiled container and cover with cling film or a tea towel. Leave to prove for around 2 hours.
5. Once the dough is proved, knock back and shape into a bloomer. Place on an oiled and floured baking sheet and prove for around 1 hour.
6. Score the top of the bloomer, spray with water and dust with flour before baking in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees for 30-25 minutes or until golden.
