1. Mix together the cream cheese, Major Honey Lemon & Mustard Mari Base, mustard and black onion seeds. Season with pepper
2. Spread honey, lemon & mustard cheese filling onto slices of bread and place ham on top
3. Place a few sprigs of watercress on top of ham
4. Finish with further slices of bread
