Sliced Salmon
30g Per Roll
Crème Fraiche

Horseradish

Major Thai Mari Base

Capers- Drained
15g
Red Onions- Finely Chopped
75g
Celery- Finely Chopped
145g
Mint- Freshly Chopped
2 TBSP
Dill- Freshly Chopped
As Required
Soft Rolls- Cut in Half

1. Mix Crème Fraiche, Horseradish,
Major Thai Mari Base,
Capers, Onions, Celery and Mint together.
2. Spread onto one half of a roll.
3. Place 30g of sliced Smoked Salmon on top.
4. Sprinkle with chopped Dill.
