Red Onions- Finely Chopped

Celery- Finely Chopped

Lemon Juice

Freshly Ground Black Pepper
To Taste
Lambs Lettuce Leaves
As Required
Cucumber- Sliced
As Required
method
1. Drain and flake salmon.

2. Stir in yoghurt, Major Piri-Piri Mari Base, onions, celery and lemon juice.

3. Season with pepper.

4. Spread salmon mixture on slices of bread.

5. Top with lambs lettuce and cucumber.

6. Top with slices of bread.
