Piri Piri Chicken and Bacon Toasted Sandwich

Skinless Chicken Breasts

Back Bacon

Tomatoes

method
1. Place chicken in a Mari-Bag. Add Major Piri Piri Mari Base. Massage lightly to cover, then place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.

2. Cook chicken in oven or on a griddle until the juices run clear.

3. Chill

4. To make sandwich, slice chicken breast thinly.

5. Cook bacon and set aside

6. Toast one side of bread and butter lightly.

7. Lay sliced chicken on toasted side of 10 of the slices of toast. Top with cooked bacon and tomato.

8. Place other slice of bread on top, toasted side in.

9. Place in a Panini press and cook until golden.
