method
1. Cook the beef, onions, green peppers and garlic in a pan over high heat until the meat has browned.
2. Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato ketchup, tomato purée, chilli powder, Major Beef Stock Base and Major Mediterranean Vegetable Stock Base. Season with pepper.
3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, simmer and cover for 20-30 minutes.
