Jerk Stir-Fried Noodles with Pork Belly

Stir-Fry Vegetables - Mange Tout, Carrots, Cabbage, Onion, Beansprouts, Red Pepper and Red Onions

Cooked Noodles

Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base
30g
Soy Sauce
30ml
White Wine Vinegar
5ml
Pork Belly Slices - marinated overnight

method
1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir-fry vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.

2. Add noodles, Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base, soy sauce and white wine vinegar.

3. Heat through quickly.

4. Place in a bowl and top each portion with 3 slices of caribbean pork belly.

*Marinade pork belly in Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base overnight before cooking.
