1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir-fry vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add noodles, Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base, soy sauce and white wine vinegar.
3. Heat through quickly.
4. Place in a bowl and top each portion with 3 slices of caribbean pork belly.
*Marinade pork belly in Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base overnight before cooking.
