Korean Pork Belly & Rice Lettuce Cups
Using Major Korean Mari Base

Pork Belly - diced

Major Korean Mari Base(1) 
150g 
Onion - thinly sliced.
325g
Garlic - thinly sliced
30g
Red Chilli - thinly sliced
25g
Coriander - chopped 
30g
Sugar

Major Korean Mari Base(2)
75g 
Coconut Rice - cooked 
625g
Little Gem Lettuce - leaves only
20 leaves
Sesame Oil 
45ml
Sesame Seeds - toasted 
As required
method
1. Marinate the pork in Major Korean Mari Base(1) for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.

2. Heat up the sesame oil in a large pan until smoking hot.

3. Add the pork, Major Korean Mari Base(2), onion, garlic, red chilli, coriander and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes before adding a splash of water. Repeat this process until the pork is cooked.

4. Warm through the coconut rice.

5. Take the lettuce leaves, fill with rice and pork. 

6.Scatter with sesame seeds and serve 2 lettuce cups per portion.
