method
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic and cook on a low heat until soft.

2. Add spring onions and cook for a further 2 minutes.

3. Cook rice according to packet and then chill.

4. Combine rice, onion mixture, cheese, lemon zest, Major Honey, Lemon & Mustard Mari Base and egg. Mix well.

5. Push mixture into squid hoods. Secure with toothpicks.

6. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.

7. Heat griddle pan and cook squid until browned all over but be careful not to overcook.

8. Drizzle with dressing and serve on a bed of rocket.
