Brown Onion - diced

Canned Chopped Tomatoes

Mango Chutney

Button Mushrooms - quartered

Cauliflower Florets

Chicken Piece Portions

Major Chicken Stock Base Paste - made up into stock

Major Bombay Mari Base (1)

Major Bombay Mari Base (2)

Coriander - chopped

method
1. Marinate the chicken in Major Bombay Mari Base (1) overnight.

2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions. Sweat until soft.

3. Add the tinned tomatoes, mango chutney and Major Bombay Mari Base (2).

4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan with the Major Chicken Stock for 10 minutes then add the cauliflower and mushrooms. Cook until tender.

5. Finish with the coriander and serve with rice.
