1) Place steak in a Mari Bag and add Major Oriental Mari Base. Seal.
2) Massage and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
3) Heat oil in a wok until very hot.
4) Add steak and garlic purée and stir-fry until browned.
5) Add mangetout, water chestnuts, baby corn, spring onions, red peppers, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar and stir well.
6) Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are just tender but still crisp.
