Oriental Green Stir Fry with Beef and Noodles

Stir Fry Oil

Sirloin Steak - Trimmed of Fat and Thinly Sliced
250g
Broccoli - Small Florets
125g
Sugar Snap Peas
150g
Spring Onions - Thickly Sliced
15g
Pak Choi - Leaves Separated and Cut into Quarters
175g
Hoisin Sauce
15ml
Major Oriental Mari Base
40g
Cooked Noodles

method
1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry beef for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. Stir fry broccoli with a splash of water for 4-5 minutes or until starting to soften.

3. Add peas, spring onions and pak choi. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Stir in Major Oriental Mari Base, hoisin and beef.

5. Stir in noodles and heat through quickly.

6. Add a little water if it seems a bit dry.
