method
1. Heat oil in a wok and add peppers, onions, carrots and beansprouts. Fry for 1 minute.

2. Add meatballs, Major Oriental Mari Base and tomato concentrate.

3. Pour stock over vegetables and add pak choi. Divide into 10 serving dishes.
