Stir Fry Vegetable Mix - Pak Choi, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Courgettes, Red Onion and Mushrooms

Basil - Roughly Shredded Leaves

method
1. Mix the cornflour with the soy sauce and sugar then gradually add water until smooth. Mix in the Major Piri Piri Mari Base.

2. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.

4. Pour in the sauce and cook until it thickens.

5. Stir in noodles and basil. Heat through quickly.
