Salmon Fillets

Major Piri Piri Mari Base

method
1. Put crackers in a polythene bag. Crush until they turn into fine crumbs. Mix in lemon zest.

2. Place salmon on to a greased baking tray.

3. Combine cream cheese and Major Piri Piri Mari Base.

4. Spread the salmon fillets with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.

5. Top with the crumbs, lightly pressing them into the cream cheese mixture.

6. Cook in a pre-heated oven, 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked.
