1. Heat the ghee or clarified butter in a pan and fry the beef on a high heat until brown.
2. Add the onion and brown.
3. Add the
Sri Lankan Pan-Asian Base Paste,
Vegetable Pan-Asian Base Paste and
Beef Stock Base Paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the water and cook out until tender.
5. Slack the corn flour with a little water. Use to thicken to the required consistency.
6. Garnish as required and serve.
