Sticky Honey, Lemon and Mustard Stir Fry
Using Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base

Stir Fry Oil
15ml
Chicken Breast - Thinly Sliced
200g
Stir Fry Vegetable Mix - Carrots, Cabbage, Onion and Beansprouts
225g
Clear Honey
30ml
Lime Juice
45ml
Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base
35g
Sesame Seeds - Toasted
30g
Coriander - Roughly Chopped
Small Bunch
Cooked Noodles

method
1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry chicken for a few minutes until cooked.

2. Tip in the stir fry vegetable mix then continue to stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Quickly stir in the honey, lime and Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base, cook for 30 seconds then add the sesame seeds and cooked noodles.

4. Heat through and then toss in the coriander just before serving.
