Sweet and Sour Pork Stir Fry

Canned Pineapple Slices in Juice - Drained and Chopped

Stir Fry Pork Strips - Trimmed of Fat

Stir Fry Vegetable Mix - Beansprouts, Cabbage, Mushroom, Carrots, Red Onion

method
1. Mix 60ml of the pineapple juice into cornflour until smooth, then stir in the Major Mediterranean Mari Base, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.

2. Heat wok until very hot. Add oil then stir fry pork for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

3. Place vegetable mix in wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.

4. Add the pineapple.

5. Stir in the sauce and cook for 1 minute, adding a little water as it cooks.

6. Stir in pork and noodles. Heat through.

7. Serve topped with a few sliced spring onions if desired.
