Thai Turkey and Noodle Stir Fry
Using Major Piri Piri Mari Base and Major Thai Mari Base

Stir Fry Oil

Turkey Breast Steaks - Cut into Thin Strips

Green Beans - Trimmed and Halved
170g
Red Onion - Sliced
100g
Garlic Cloves - Sliced

Lime Juice

Major Piri Piri Mari Base

Major Thai Mari Base

Fish Sauce

Small Bunch of Mint - Roughly Chopped
As Required
Small Bunch of Coriander - Roughly Chopped
As Required
Cooked Noodles

method
1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry turkey for 2 minutes.

2. Add beans, onion and garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes.

3. Stir in lime juice, Major Piri Piri Mari Base, Major Thai Mari Base and fish sauce.

4. Stir in noodles and herbs, toss and heat through quickly.

5. Serve with lime wedges.
