Linguine

Fine Green Beans - Trimmed

Celery - Diagonally Sliced

Red Bell Pepper - Deseeded And Thinly Sliced

Spring Onions - Cut Into 1cm Pieces

Soy Beans - Canned Or Frozen

Coriander - Freshly Chopped

Ginger And Garlic Paste

Red Jalapeno Pepper - Deseeded And Finely Chopped

To Taste
method
1. Break linguine in half. Cook as directed on packet.

2. Rinse in cold water. Drain well and toss in the chilli infused olive oil and then set aside.

3. Cook beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water then drain and set aside.

4. Place linguine and green beans in a bowl.

5. Stir in celery, bell pepper, spring onions, soy beans and coriander.

6. To prepare dressing combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk until blended.

7. Add to salad. Toss well, cover and chill.
