Using Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base

Celery- Very Finely Sliced

Carrots- Grated

Canned Pineapple Chunks- Drained

Pitted Dates- Chopped
50g
Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
As Required
dressing
Sunflower Oil
30ml
Mayonnaise
30g
Grated Lemon Rind
1.25g
Lime Juice
20ml
Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base

method
1. Cook pasta as directed on packet.

2. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

3. Mix all dressing ingredients together and whisk well.

4. Mix the celery, carrots, pineapple and dates together.

5. Fold in the pasta.

6. Add dressing and toss to coat.

7. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
