Peeled Potatoes - 1cm Dice

Streaky Bacon - Cooked Crispy And Diced

Pak Choi - Chopped

Red Bell Peppers - Diced

Spring Onions - Sliced

Coriander - Chopped

Fresh Ginger - Grated

Mayonnaise

Caster Sugar

Major Oriental Mari Base

Sesame Oil

Mustard Powder

method
1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes until cooked but still slightly firm.

2. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.

3. Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.

4. Mix the salad ingredients together then fold into the dressing.

5. Chill in the fridge before serving.
