Long Grain Rice

Pitted Black Olives- Cut in Half

Spring Onions- Trimmed and Finely Sliced

Green Bell Pepper- Deseeded and Finely Sliced

Roquefort Cheese- Diced

Salami- Sliced and Roughly Chopped

Castor Sugar

Lemon Juice

Cider Vinegar
2.5ml
Mustard Powder

Vegetable Oil

Celery Seeds

Major Honey, Lemon & Mustard Mari Base

method
1. Cook rice as directed on packet.

2. Rinse under cold water, drain well.

3. Mix all dressing ingredients together and whisk well.

4. Put olives, onions, peppers, cheese and salami in a bowl, add the dressing and toss together.

5. Fold in rice.

6. Leave for 30 minutes to infuse.

• Any cheese can be used instead of Roquefort
