Quinoa- red and white, cooked
Kidney Beans- drained and washed
Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base (2)
Spring Onion-thinly sliced
method
1. Marinate the chicken breasts in Major Caribbean Jerk Mari Base (1) overnight.
2. Pre-heat an oven to 180°c. Cook the chicken for 20minutes and then chill.
3. Combine all the other ingredients.
4. Once cool, shred the chicken and fold into the salad. Add the lime juice, zest and serve.
