method
1. Cook the bulgur wheat following the instructions on the packet, then refresh and chill.
2. Combine the dry ingredients, fruit, vegetables, and herbs and stir through the chilled bulgur wheat.
3. Dress with Major Mediterranean Mari Base, lemon juice, black pepper and olive oil.
4. Stir well and serve.
