method
1. Cook the pasta for 9 minutes in boiling salted water, then refresh with cold water and drain.

2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

3. Take the cooked pasta, beans, sweetcorn, peppers and coriander and mix together with the sauce and serve.
