Piri Piri Kale and Mango Salad

Kale- Chopped

Lemon juice

Tinned mango- drained

PIne nuts - toasted

Salt and Pepper 
To taste 
method
1. Heat 50ml of olive oil over a high heat
2. Add the kale and sauté for 3-4 mins until wilted and then chill.
3. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until starting to colour.
4. Whisk together the olive oil. Major Piri Piri Mari Base and lemon juice.
5. When the kale is cooll, mix all ingredients together and serve.
