Spanish Tomato Salad

Mixed Tomatoes - halved, chopped & sliced

Red Onion - sliced

method
  1. Make the dressing by adding the sugar, red wine vinegar, olive oil and Major Mediterranean Mari Base together and whisking to combine.
  2. In a large bowl add the tomatoes, red onion, garlic and toasted almonds. Add the dressing and mix well.
  3. Place the tomato salad on a serving dish and scatter over the ham and cheese.
  4. Serve.
