Water- Boiling

method
1. Put boiling water in a bowl. Sprinkle in the cous cous and mix with a fork. Let stand for 5 minutes to absorb the water, then fluff the cous cous with the fork. Allow to cool.

2. Mix Major Fajita Mari Base garlic, cumin and lemon juice together and fold into cous cous.

3. Stir the feta cheese, chilli, cucumber, spring onion, mint, basil, coriander and parsley together then add to the cous cous and mix well.
