Tex Mex Pasta Salad
Using Major Fajita and Major Piri Piri Mari Bases

Tomatoes- Deseeded and Chopped

Green Bell Pepper- Diced

Yellow Bell Pepper- Diced

Fusili Pasta

Olive Oil

Red Wine Vinegar
25ml
Garlic Puree

Major Fajita Mari Base

Major Piri Piri Mari Base

Chopped Parsley

Cheddar- Small Cubes

Sunflower Seeds

method
1. Cook pasta as directed on packet, refresh under cold water. Drain and set aside.

2. Combine vegetables in a bowl.

3. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic puree, parsley, Major Fajita and Piri Piri Mari Bases together.

4. Pour over vegetables.

5. Stir in cooked pasta, cheddar and sunflower seeds and mix well.
