Apricots- Dried and Ready to Eat

Onions- Finely Chopped

Lemon Peel

Garlic

method
1. Dilute sugar and water in a heavy bottomed pan.

2. Add all ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

3. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
