Grapefruit Juice

Orange Juice
150ml
Lime Juice
150ml
White Wine Vinegar
38ml
Dark Brown Sugar

Ground Cumin

Cornflour- Mixed with a Little Cold Water

method
1. Put all the ingredients in a pan with the exception of the cornflour.

2. Mix well then bring to the boil, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Stir in cornflour, simmer for a further 2 minutes.

4. Chill and use as required.
