1. Put brown sugar, butter and honey in a pan, melt over medium heat.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Whisk in the oil, dijon mustard, soy sauce, Major Oriental Mari Base and freshly ground pepper.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. Place salmon portions in a foil lined baking dish.
6. Spoon oriental glaze mixture over salmon, bake in a pre heated oven 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is just cooked.
