Coconut Milk

Major Mediterranean Vegetable Stock Base

Milk

Avocado – Chopped Flesh
500g
Lime Juice

Freshly Ground Black Pepper            
To taste
method
1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic puree, ginger and spices and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. 

2. Add coconut milk, Major Mediterranean Stock Base and stir well.

3. Place in blender with avocado, milk and lime juice and blend until smooth.
