Onion- Sliced Finely

Tomato Ketchup

method
1.  Mix all ingredients together ensuring an even coating refrigerate for at least 6 hours
 before use.
 
*This recipe needs to be made at least 6 hours before it is required to give the sugar and vinegar from the ketchup and mint sauce time to macerate the onions. This will effectively cook the onions and remove some of the crunch and acidity from the dish.
