method
1. Bake the baguettes according to packet instructions.

2. Marinate the chicken with MAJOR FAJITA MARI BASE (1) for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is best.

3. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes at 160°C and then chill.

4. Cut the chicken into small chunks.

5. Mix the mayonnaise and MAJOR FAJITA MARI BASE (2) together.

6. Fold in the chicken, peppers and celery. 

7. Place the lettuce and 6 tomato slices in a baguette and top with the chicken.
