method
1. Stir the prawns, lime juice, black pepper, red pepper, coriander and spring onions in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and Major Fajita Mari Base and stir to coat.

2. Butter the bread.

3. Divide the prawn mixture evenly between 10 slices of bread. Top with lettuce and another slice of bread and serve.
